Here you can download our Sims 3 custom patterns. These can be used in the Create-A-Style tool to pattern virtually everything in The Sims 3, walls, floors, furniture, clothing etc.

Each of our patterns has a number marker, this relates to the number of colour channels the pattern has, so you can see whether it can have 1, 2, 3 or 4 different colour settings applied to it. More details on this are available in our Support Area.
Installation Help: sims3pack files
There are many sites who make custom patterns, who release them in a package file format. Parsimonious patterns, however, come in a Sims3pack format (the standard format of the Sims 3) and can be installed with the Launcher. You can find complete instructions here on installing Sims3pack files. Our Support Area also has options for those who want to use these creations but dislike the Launcher.
Do be aware that if you download custom patterns from other websites, that they may be in a package file format instead. Package files must be installed differently (they cannot be put in your Downloads folder and installed with the Launcher). We also have instructions for installing packages in our Support Area, although it is not a format we are likely to have here for the foreseeable future.
Using & Sharing our Patterns
You are welcome to use our patterns in content you are sharing online.If you are posting to a community website then you may include the sims3pack for the pattern, inside the download zip of your house, clothing, walls, etc or even pattern recolour.
Our Custom Patterns are in a Sims3Pack format & can be installed with OR without the Launcher!
