Please note that we have updated the categories and menu for this section. We felt the community category was far too general and unhelpful for players who are looking to replace specific lots to keep their neighbourhood functioning. Over the next few weeks we are going to refine and improve the lot features listing so that items like collectables, food plants and pond quality will be noted with the lot information. We'll also be updating the lot feature icons to match those in game as I know some of our visitors are having trouble interpreting the current selection.
Each of our lots of course, has it's lot size listed in it's information panel. We have built all of our lots to the standard Sunset Valley slots, so that there is always somewhere in the default neighbourhood, where each lot can be placed. Don't forget also, that you can always place a lot in a larger size, so if you don't have a space free for one of the 'odd' sized lots, you can try placing it in a larger vacant lot.
Installation Help
If you need help installing our Sims 3 Houses, you can find this handy help topic in our Support Area. Any new custom content required for our lots will be in a sims3pack format, so can be installed with the launcher or with other installer software made by community programmers.
At this time we have not used any EA store items in our houses, but it is likely that in the future we will be using the free ones (the Riverview world objects). More details about this will be available later on.

We cannot offer these posts to people who can only use the Create-A-Style Tool to recolour patterns/clothing that come with the game, or which have been made by other people.
