Parsimonious Sims 2 Fashion: 2533 items

You can find clothing, make-up, eyes, skintones and a limited selection of hair recolours. All items that use a custom mesh, will always INCLUDE it in the download zip.

For those looking for new mesh hairstyles, including the ones that are shown in our clothing previews, we recommend Googling! We get a lot of requests for new mesh hair, however none of our resident artists makes such things, nor do any of us have the time and inclination to learn this particularly hard-core creating skill (we do this for fun, not for the money!).

Parsimonious Body Meshes

You can download our body meshes here.

Please note as of April 2010 we have updated the policy for using our body meshes: if you use them to create your own skins, you must include the mesh in your download zip. If you have downloaded a skin that uses one of our meshes, but the mesh was not included you can download them from our meshes page.

Style & Era Themes

These categories do not contain new items, but instead present many of our creations divided up by themes, locations and historical eras ranging from medieval through to the 1980s. These are designed to help visitors looking for particular styles to find them grouped together.

All items that use a custom mesh should always include the mesh in the download zip!
Adding Skins to your game

If you need help installing our Sims 2 Fashion items, you can find this handy help topic in our Support Area.

Anyone who has graduated from Sims 1, or 'downgraded' from Sims 3, should note that clothing items must be purchased from a community lot clothing rack, they are not automatically available from your Sim's dresser. Make-up & Hairstyles can be used in Create-A-Sim and by changing your Sim's appearance in a mirror. Skintones can only be set in Create-A-Sim.
