Here you can find clothing, accessories and make-up for The Sims 3. These are new textures and occasionally include different meshes, which you can use the Create-A-Style tool in game, to recolour and repattern to your hearts content.
Unlike Sims 2, there are no separate mesh files to install, they are included as part of the texture where the items have an adjusted mesh.
Please note our Sims 3 Fashion policy has been updated June 2011 - it previously stated that these textures could be uploaded with CAST presets. This was a mistake, so this is now disallowed from here on in. You can of course still share them as part of a complete Sim or household download that uses them, or with a lot/world download if included Sims are wearing them.
Over the years I had a lot of complaints about our Sims 2 hairstyles which has eventually led to them being removed. Unfortunately I simply do not have the time to make lots of lovely new hairstyles for The Sims 3, and so if I get a lot of complaints about the ones that are online here, I will have no hesitation in taking these offline also! As a gentle reminder, if you don't like anything you see on the site, you are under no obligation to use it!
It has come to my attention that many of the leggings & tights which are categorized for children to wear, cause the game to go screwy if the kids are wearing them as they age up. My intention is to fix our existing files (either to remove the categorization, or to add child only versions), in the mean time, please change out of them before aging up your Sim kids!
