Here you can find bucket-loads of tasty walls, floors & terrain paints for your Sims homes! This section also includes various items designed to coordinate with our Sims 2 Furniture sets, although you can save time and effort by grabbing them in our Furniture section too!
Please note that because of the large texture sizes, some of the terrain files can be a little on the large side (up to 1Mb zipped), however they are supposed to be that size and shouldn't cause your game any major issues provided you to don't use tons and tons of different ones on the same lot (that is true of all terrain paints, including the ones that come with the game, not just our custom terrains!)
All items are base game compatible!
Good news! You are welcome to use our walls, floors & terrains in houses you are sharing online. They can be included with both pay and free files. Credit is nice, but not necessary.
Our walls, floors & terrains are in a package file format, not in a installable sims2pack. So essentially you can just extract them directly into your Downloads folder.
Late on in 2010 there was a sizeable purge of this section to remove work by some artists who have left along with a few less than shiny items that perhaps didn't deserve to be featured here (being largely too derivative or not quite tiling as nicely as they should etc).
Please note that any such files are NOT available in request, however they are 'file-share-friendly' so if you do have them, you are welcome to use them in your lots or pass them on to friends or whatever.
