Support Area Requirements:
In order to view our Support section you will need to make sure your browser has Javascript (aka Active X controls) enabled.
Instructions on how to do this can be found at Tranexp for most browser types and versions.
We have added this functionality so that we can display both the frequently asked questions and the support pages. Whilst the support pages provide the body of information, the frequently asked questions aspect allows visitors to match up their issue from a series of questions and follow chains of further questions, narrowing down the area of their problem, to find the most relevant support page without having to ask us for directions.
There are undoubtedly other presentation solutions to having both of these on a page so that one might refer neatly to the other, however this was the most satisfactory and had the greatest cross-browser compatibility. We will, time allowing, create an alternative mirror of the support pages for those who do not want to use javascript in the future, but for now we recommend either creating an exception for this website, enabling it for all sites, or perusing Google for answers to your questions.

Content Section Web Requirements:
Our content and news pages were developed to be compatible with the following browser versions:-Mozilla Firefox 3+
Internet Explorer 7+
Google Chrome 1+
Support for Opera, Safari and earlier versions of the above browsers is not guarenteed, if it works in parts then that is more by accident than design and because of that we will not address any technical questions or problems related to website incompatibility.
It is generally a good idea to keep your web browser up to date to gain access to the latest security updates and greatest compatibility with new website code standards. The internet is an evolving thing so it is necessary to keep the program you use to access it, working as well as it can. In that respect it, updating is for your benefit and because it also saves us a lot of time and effort, we've decided not encourage our visitors to keep on using browsers that are in some cases, many years out of date, by trying to add in a lot of degrading fixes for backwards compatibility.

Cookies:
It is NOT necessary to have cookies enabled to use Parsimonious. There are some features of the site which use cookies, however none of these will prevent visitors who block cookies from browsing our pages and downloading our content.
To date we have used cookies for a very limited selection of features: website polls, our houses expansion pack filter menu (so visitors get to filter out houses they can't use when browsing) and for one of our special events to assist with the treasure map style presentation.
